500cc Motocross Bikes For Sale On eBay

Browse current 500cc motocross bikes and big-bore dirt bike listings. If road registration matters, also compare road legal motocross bikes and KTM EXC enduro bikes, then check the advert details before buying.

Big-bore 500cc MX bikes are usually aimed at experienced riders and collectors, with listings often including Honda CR500, Kawasaki KX500 and similar large-capacity two-stroke or conversion bikes.

Before buying, check the advert carefully for engine condition, rebuild history, frame and swingarm wear, suspension condition, road-registration details where relevant, and seller information. Listings can change often, so always confirm the details directly on eBay before committing.

500cc motocross bike FAQs

Are 500cc motocross bikes suitable for beginners?

Most 500cc motocross bikes are powerful, big-bore machines and are usually better suited to experienced riders. Always consider rider ability, bike condition and intended use.

What should I check before buying a 500cc motocross bike?

Check engine condition, starting behaviour, compression, frame wear, suspension, brakes, parts availability, rebuild history and whether the advert gives enough detail.

Are Honda CR500 bikes collectible?

Some Honda CR500 bikes attract collector interest, especially clean or original examples, but value depends on condition, history, originality and demand at the time.

Do 500cc motocross bikes need more maintenance?

Maintenance depends on the specific bike and how it has been used. For older big-bore bikes, check rebuild evidence, spares availability and signs of hard use carefully.
